The group "Thirty Seconds to Mars", founded in 1998, includes brothers Jared and Shannon Leto, as well as Stephen Aiello, who joined the band for concert performances since 2013. The group gained worldwide popularity after the release of their second album "A Beautiful Lie" in 2005. Their first self-titled album, released in 2002, did not bring much commercial success, but allowed the band to declare themselves as a significant representative of post-grunge.

In an interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1 in early 2022, Jared Leto shared the band's plans to create two or even three new albums. In 2023, the album "It's The End Of The World But It's A Beautiful Day" was released, which became the sixth album and the first since the release of "America" in 2018.

At the Almaty concert, along with "Thirty Seconds to Mars", the British band "Yonaka" will perform. Their debut album "Don't Wait 'Til Tomorrow", released in 2019, received high marks from critics and gained popularity. Vocalist Teresa Jarvis and her band perform music in the styles of alternative rock, indie rock and pop rock. They are known for their boldness in experimentation and the desire to go beyond rock stereotypes. The band's name comes from the Japanese word "Yonaka", which means "Midnight". Their song "Drongo", saturated with heavy guitar riffs, is sure to sound this summer in Almaty. The band members describe their style as "dark alternative pop with powerful riffs".
